These conditions apply to sales of perfumes and other products by www.lefrag.com to private individuals (hereinafter “Customer” “User”). This website is directed exclusively to private individuals. The conditions of sales mentioned hereafter concern only www.lefrag.com and are not related to any other conditions which are applied in our stockists.

Le Frag reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found at the end of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

ORDERING AND PRICING

Each Customer declares that they have full capacity to use credit cards and that they have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products through www.lefrag.com

By fulfilling the payment Customer declares his/her full and unreserved acceptance of all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The data recorded by Le Frag constitute proof of the transactions made between Le Frag and the Customer. Le Frag will confirm your order by sending an email.

Le Frag does not keep its customers’ payment card details.

Le Frag reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Le Frag reserves the right to refuse an order from any Customer with.

Le frag will do its best to please all its customers in the demand for products.

In the event of unavailability of the product after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by e-mail of the cancellation of the order.

Following this request, the speed of the return to the customer’s bank account will depend on the type of bank card and the conditions of each bank.

PAYMENT AND PRICES

Le Frag accepts payments by Paycomet which accepts most of the credit cards. The full amount will be charged on the date of the purchase). If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Spanish VAT at 21%. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.

Le Frag ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

We dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days of receiving payment.

If you are not eligible for our free shipping offer,the cost of shipping will be charged at the checkout stage of purchase, based on the delivery address.

RETURNS

We carefully hand-pack our fragrances in small batches for shipping and it is highly unlikely you will need to return an item. If returning goods, please contact us directly in the first instance for help with organizing an appropriate return shipment. Do not simply mail the item to us since perfume is subject to specific shipping regulations. Similarly, it will need to be a shipping service that can be tracked for returns: we cannot be responsible for lost untracked postal items.

All products sold may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Law.

The customer must first indicate his intention by e-mail. Le Frag will reply by another email specifying the precise instructions for the return of the product.

The costs of return will be borne by the Customer.

The refund on the Customer’s account as a result of this return will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods by Le Frag.

In no case may the goods supplied be returned if they have clearly been put to use. Items must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resalable condition. Online Store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products opened.

In the event that the return is not accepted by the supplier because it is understood that the product whose return is intended to have been used, these products will remain in the Le Frag´s permises to be collected by the customer, for a period not exceeding thirty days from its return.

Packages that do not contain any accompanying information identifying the sender (order number, name, address, etc.) may not be returned.

The costs and risks associated with returning the product will be borne by the sender, who must send them safely and with the necessary guarantees to ensure that the returned goods arrive in perfect condition.

Anyone returning your product will receive an email informing them of the amount of your refund.

Note that additional duties/taxes and/or shipping costs will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.

RECOMMENDED USE, INGREDIENTS & PRODUCT SAFETY

Our fragrance products are intended solely for externaluse on healthy skin(epidermis). We cannot be liable for any harm resulting from inappropriate use such as ingesting, spraying into the eyes or other orifices, on sensitive areas of the body or on damaged skin. Our products are not suitable for unsupervised use by children.

Our fragrances are IFRA-compliant. This is best practice in reducing the likelihood of allergic reactions. But it is no guarantee that allergies won’t occur. You purchase our products at your own risk and you are strongly advised to check the full list of ingredients if you have concerns about allergies prior to purchase. We cannot be responsible for loss or harm due to allergic reaction. Please contact us if you would like the details of the full list of ingredients in our products.

VIOLATION OF RULES

Le Frag reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

FORCE MAJEURE

In case of Force Majeure, Le Frag obligations are rendered null and void. The contract between you and Le Frag can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Le Frag. A Force Majeure is defined as event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Le Frag will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law and you agree that the Spanish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may be different from the laws in Spain and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
